Fit for students above the intermediate level. This course requires players to develop comprehensive experiences in tennis and a refined understanding of the game. Players will focus on preparing to participate in a high school tennis team, including games and tournaments and UTR rating tournaments. Our elite youth group plan is based on the widely accepted standards set by the UTR. Participants are to be committed to competitive play throughout the year including regular participation in tournaments.
Winter/School Varsity (Wednesday)
In consideration for the right to participate in this ANC ESCO dba ANC TENNIS Sports Program activity, I hereby release the ANC ESCO dba ANC TENNIS, including its directors, officers, instructors, and employees, from any, and all liabilities, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in this ANC ESCO dba ANC TENNIS activity. I personally assume all risks in connection with this activity and further agree to indemnify the ANC ESCO dba ANC TENNIS and its directors, officers, members and instructors, and employees from all liability, claims and causes of action which I may have arising from my participation in said ANC ESCO dba ANC TENNIS activity. The terms of this agreement will also serve as a release and indemnity agreement for my heirs, personal representative(s) and for all members of my family. I further state that I am eighteen (18) years of age or older and legally competent to sign this release and that I understand these terms are contractual and not a mere recital, and that I have signed this document as my own free act. I understand that this Agreement waives important legal rights, and I acknowledge that I have fully informed myself of the contents of this Agreement by reading it before signing it. I allow A ANC ESCO dba ANC TENNIS to use photos and/or other media that may recognize or contain images or audio of my child without restrictions or obligations for ANC ESCO dba ANC TENNIS promotion, or any commercial purpose interpretations of ANC ESCO dba ANC TENNIS education projects, including media reports. By signing above “ Yes, I agree to the Waiver and Policy” I verify that to the best of my knowledge, all of the statements on this form are true. I have read and agreed.
If a student is required to take personal or sick leave, the tuition fee cannot be refunded. However, in the event of ANC canceling a course, the tuition can be refunded or alternative makeup classes can be arranged. refunded. ANC has the right to interpret and modify all notices, and the right to cancel or adjust all training time and venues due to force majeure reasons such as epidemics, weather, school districts, and community activities.
