Expectations:

Assists in the maintenance of current website content management pages and develop web pages by modifying templates.

Creates new pages for websites from scratch, maintains and updates existing content on websites.

Performs testing to ensure web pages are highly functional across all browsers and devices to ensure a positive user experience.

Troubleshoots functional and layout issues and creatively problem-solves.

Maintains confidentiality of all information being accessed.

Assist in maintaining a strong social media presence.

Collaborate with staff on new ideas and strategies.
-
Assist in the optimization of website content for social sharing.
-
Assist in planning and developing, newsletters and blogs.
-
Collaborate and/or design marketing materials for company events and programs.
-
Assist the marketing department on various graphics and multimedia projects.

SEO improvement for product listings.
-
Content creation (including technical writing and video production).
Preferred qualifications:

Creative thinker and communicator.

Experienced in social media platforms and management tools.

Native computer user; understanding of both Mac and PC.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suite.

Excellent attention to detail with ability to multitask.

Must be a college student pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a closely related field.

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

Fluent in English and Chinese.

Strong communication skills.

Available from the beginning of May through the end of August 2018.
